Role Overview
We are looking for an experienced Visa Executive with hands-on expertise in handling visa applications for Schengen, UK, US, and Canada . The ideal candidate should have a strong understanding of embassy / consulate procedures, online portals, and documentation processes. This role requires precision, attention to detail, and excellent communication skills to guide customers through complex visa requirements.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage end-to-end visa application processes for Schengen, UK, US, and Canada .
- Assist clients with online form filling, appointment scheduling, biometrics, and documentation.
- Review and verify documents as per embassy checklists and eligibility criteria.
- Provide clear guidance to customers for tourist, business, student, and dependent visas.
- Stay updated on visa rules, fee structures, turnaround times, and consulate procedures.
- Handle rejections, resubmissions, and additional documentation professionally.
- Coordinate with clients, consulates, VFS centers, and internal teams.
- Maintain accurate records, reports, and client files using MS Office / Google Workspace.
- Ensure confidentiality and compliance in all visa-related activities.
Required Skills & Qualifications
2–5 years of hands-on experience in international visa processing (Schengen, UK, US, Canada).Strong knowledge of embassy / consulate documentation and application procedures.Familiarity with visa portals, VFS centers, and consular appointments.Excellent communication and client-handling skills.Strong organizational and multitasking ability with high attention to detail.Proficiency in MS Office / Google Workspace.Prior experience in a travel agency, OTA, or visa consultancy preferred.
