Job Overview :

We are looking for a UI / UX Designer with experience leading and managing a team of designers and a strong track record of creating user-friendly and engaging designs. The ideal candidate will have at least 5 years of experience in UI / UX design, and a proven ability to translate user needs into effective designs. They should also have strong leadership and communication skills and be able to work cross-functionally with other teams.

Responsibilities :

• Leading and managing a team of UI / UX designers.
• Conducting user research and usability testing.
• Creating wireframes, prototypes, and user interfaces.
• Collaborating with other teams to ensure that designs meet the needs of the business.
• Staying up-to-date on the latest trends in UI / UX design.
• Should have strong knowledge in all Adobe tools and Figma.
