• Talent Sourcing : Utilize multiple platforms (job boards, social media, networks, etc.) to find potential candidates. Actively reach out to passive candidates, building meaningful relationships and creating talent pipelines that drive business growth.
• Candidate Screening and Interviews : Review resumes, portfolios, and applications to identify qualified candidates who possess the skills, experience, and cultural fit required for success in this role. Conduct initial phone or video screenings to assess skills, experience, and cultural fit. Evaluate and present a shortlist of candidates to hiring managers or clients who value expert recommendations.
• Client Communication : Work closely with our team to understand client needs and project requirements. Provide regular updates to clients on the status of recruitment efforts and offer strategic advice to ensure successful placements.
• Contract Management : Facilitate contract negotiations between clients and freelancers, ensuring proper documentation and compliance with legal and payment terms that protect both parties.
• Market Research & Strategy : Stay up-to-date with trends in the gig economy and freelance market, providing expert advice to clients on competitive compensation packages and talent trends that inform their hiring strategies.
