Job descriptionYou will design and implement agentic AI systems, integrate LLMs and tools, and build scalable backend infrastructure for real-world business applications. Design and build AI workflows and agents using LangChain, LangGraph, CrewAI, AutoGen, and LangFlow Integrate OpenAI models and other LLMs (Claude, Gemini, Llama, GPT-4o, Mistral) via APIs and SDKs Develop backend systems for AI automation including function calling, external API integration, and data transformation Build and manage multi-agent systems with inter-agent communication, memory sharing, and task delegation Implement Human-in-the-Loop workflows for enhanced control and safety Integrate third-party services like Slack, Gmail, Serper, and Make into AI workflows Use vector databases (FAISS, Pinecone) and embedding models for Retrieval-Augmented Generation (RAG) Prepare and process structured and unstructured data (PDFs, Docs, CSVs) using LlamaIndex and LlamaParse Deploy and automate custom tools using Node.Js, Python, and JavaScript Ensure secure, ethical, and copyright-compliant AI agent development Apply strong knowledge of MCP to integrate with enterprise-grade AI platforms You’ll bring hands-on experience in agentic AI development, backend engineering, and tool integration, with a strong understanding of LLMs and multi-agent orchestration. 4–7 years of software development experience, with 2+ years in AI / ML or GenAI backend systems Strong proficiency in Python, FastAPI, Flask, and JavaScript Experience with LangChain, CrewAI, AutoGen, LangGraph, and LangFlow Deep understanding of LLMs, prompt engineering, function calling, and RAG Familiarity with embedding models, vector search, and data preparation for AI agents Hands-on experience with OpenAI API, Claude, Gemini, Llama, and GPT-4o Experience integrating third-party services and automating workflows using Make, Slack, Gmail, etc. Exposure to MCP and Microsoft Copilot Platform integrations Knowledge of Git, VS Code, Docker, and cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, GCP) Competitive salary and benefits package Culture focused on talent development with quarterly growth opportunities and company-sponsored higher education and certifications Opportunity to work with cutting-edge technologies Employee engagement initiatives such as project parties, flexible work hours, and Long Service awards Annual health check-ups Insurance coverage : group term life, personal accident, and Mediclaim hospitalization for self, spouse, two children, and parents We support hybrid work and flexible hours to fit diverse lifestyles.
