Job Summary :

We are seeking an experienced SAP SuccessFactors Consultant to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in SAP SuccessFactors modules and will be responsible for implementing, configuring, and optimizing HR solutions to meet client requirements.

Key Responsibilities :

  • Lead the implementation of SAP SuccessFactors solutions for clients.
  • Collaborate with stakeholders to gather requirements and design effective HR processes.
  • Configure and customize SuccessFactors modules based on client needs.
  • Perform data migration and integration activities.
  • Conduct end-user training and provide ongoing support.
  • Troubleshoot and resolve issues related to SuccessFactors functionality.

Qualifications :

  • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Information Technology, or a related field.
  • Minimum of 3–5 years of experience in SAP SuccessFactors.
  • Strong understanding of HR processes and best practices.
  • Hands-on experience with data migration and integration tools.
  • SAP SuccessFactors certification is a plus.
