Senior Data Analyst

Experience & Education :

Bachelor's or advanced degree

8-10 years of professional experience

Proven experience with patient and / or payer data management solutions in the US pharmaceutical market

Technical Skills :

Strong Python coding skills (emphasized as essential)

Advanced Excel proficiency

Microsoft Office suite (PowerPoint, Word)

HIPAA-compliant data management experience

Experience with specialty distributor EDI data (852, 867) preferred

Knowledge of commercial life sciences datasets (CRM, payer reference, claims) preferred

Management & Soft Skills :

Strong project management capabilities

People management and mentoring skills

Advanced analytical and problem-solving abilities

Excellent communication (verbal and written)

Ability to work in international matrix environment

Willingness to work US hours with 3-4 hours overlap
