Job Title : Technical Support / Customer Support - International Process
Location : Jaipur, Rajasthan
Work Mode : Work From Office
Working Days : 5 days a week (Rotational shifts)
Salary Range : Up to ₹35,000 to ₹41,000 per month
About the Role :
We are looking for a dynamic and sports-savvy individual to provide world-class support to our international customers for a leading digital sports platform. You will be the first point of contact, resolving queries related to live scores, app functionality, subscription plans, and content.
Key Responsibilities :
Handle customer inquiries via voice and non-voice channels (chat / email).
Troubleshoot and resolve technical and content-related issues.
Provide accurate information on live matches, player stats, and league updates.
Ensure a high level of customer satisfaction and a positive brand experience.
Adhere to the defined processes and service level agreements (SLAs).

Any Graduate can apply.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English.
A passionate follower of international sports (Football, Cricket, Basketball, etc.).
Strong problem-solving skills and a customer-first attitude.
Willingness to work in a 24 / 7 environment, including night shifts.
