Travel Advisor

Target Tours India Pvt Ltd is a luxury travel company based in Delhi. We are a dynamic and customer-focused travel agency, committed to delivering personalized and unforgettable travel experiences. We are currently seeking a highly skilled and passionate Travel Advisor to join our team. The ideal candidate will have extensive knowledge of various destinations, including Dubai, Malaysia, Singapore, Europe, UK, USA and Middle Eastern countries.

The company is recognized by the Ministry of Tourism, Government of India, an active member of the Indian Association of Tour Operators (IATO) & Ministry of Toursim India. The company also has Aviation vertical with 3 private jets.

Key Responsibilities :

Create Customized Travel Packages :

Develop tailor-made travel itineraries and packages for individual and group clients.

Stay updated on travel trends, attractions, and accommodations in popular destinations.

Client Interaction :

Interact with clients to understand their travel preferences and requirements.

Provide expert advice and recommendations, ensuring an exceptional customer experience.

Handle FIT and GIT :

Manage both Free Independent Travelers (FIT) and Group Inclusive Tours (GIT) seamlessly.

Coordinate and organize group travel logistics efficiently.

Communication and Marketing :

Demonstrate excellent verbal and written communication skills.

Utilize effective marketing strategies to promote travel packages and attract new clients.

Presentation Skills :

Create visually appealing and informative presentations for clients.

Deliver presentations in a professional and engaging manner.

Travel Experience :

Have personal travel experience to various destinations, enhancing the ability to provide first-hand insights to clients.

Ticketing Knowledge :

Preferred candidates will possess ticketing knowledge and the ability to create comprehensive travel packages independently.

Qualifications and Skills :

• Proven experience as a Travel Advisor or in a similar role.
• Good networks with Vendor or DMC of each country
• In-depth knowledge of destinations, particularly Dubai, Malaysia, Singapore, Europe, UK, and Middle Eastern countries.
• Quickly Make Packages and send it to clients.
• Handling Multiple clients and availabile 24x7 for their support.
• Good Team Work
• Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
• Excellent interpersonal and customer service skills.
• Proficient in travel software and Microsoft Office applications.
• Ticketing knowledge is a plus of Amadeus and Gal
