As a Lead Data Scientist, you will drive the development and deployment of machine learning models and AI solutions that solve real-world business challenges. You will lead cross-functional initiatives, mentor team members, and ensure the successful integration of data science into product and business strategies.

Tasks :

• Analyze large datasets to extract insights and support data-driven decision-making
• Develop and deploy ML models using Python, SQL, and frameworks like PyTorch or TensorFlow
• Collaborate with engineering and product teams to integrate models into scalable systems
• Evaluate and fine-tune NLP, LLM, and other advanced AI models
• Conduct applied research and experimentation to validate new ideas
• Communicate findings through dashboards, visualizations, and presentations
• Stay current with trends in AI, cloud services, and ML Ops

Professional Requirements and Expertise :

Good to have : Experience with cloud services, NLP, LLM, Spark, Docker, AI, and event-driven architectures (e.g., Eventbus)
