Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for an Asst. Executive located in Rajkot. We are seeking a motivated Executive to manage day-to-day accounting operations and ensure smooth financial functioning. The candidate should be detail-oriented, organized, and have a strong understanding of accounting principles.

Opportunity to Explore

• Maintain accurate accounting records and ensure timely reconciliation of financial statements.
• Handle all GST, TDS, and Income Tax-related compliances, including preparation and filing of returns.
• Prepare and record invoices, vouchers, journal entries, and other accounting documents.
• Coordinate with clients to collect data, clarify queries, and ensure smooth transaction processing.
• Prepare monthly and annual financial reports to support management decision-making.
• Monitor day-to-day cash flow, expenses, and petty cash management.
• Ensure all accounting data is properly maintained in Tally and updated regularly.
