Role & Responsibilities
- Develop and execute full-funnel growth strategies to acquire engage and retain learners across digital and offline channels.
- Plan manage and optimize performance marketing campaigns (SEO / SEM display social media) to meet lead and enrollment targets.
- Conduct in-depth data analysis A / B testing and cohort analysis to refine acquisition funnels and improve conversion rates.
- Collaborate with product content and operations teams to launch new programs promotional initiatives and referral campaigns.
- Build and maintain dashboards and reports to track KPIs budget spend and ROI across growth channels.
- Partner with external agencies and vendors to scale marketing efforts and explore innovative growth channels.
Skills & Qualifications
Must-Have
Bachelors degree in Marketing Business or a related field.3 5 years of experience in growth marketing user acquisition or performance marketing.Hands-on experience with digital marketing tools (Google Ads Facebook Ads SEO PPC).Strong analytical skills and proficiency with Google Analytics SQL and Excel.Proven track record in A / B testing and conversion rate optimization.Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.Preferred
