Wealth Manager
QuickTurtle is looking for a seasoned Wealth Manager to cater to the comprehensive financial needs of our High Net Worth (HNI) clients. If you have a proven track record in relationship management within banking or NBFCs, expertise across diverse financial products, and exceptional client interaction skills, we invite you to join our team.
Key Responsibilities
- Address the comprehensive financial needs of HNI clients , encompassing Personal Banking, Business Banking, Wealth Management, and Insurance.
- Achieve set targets in terms of product mix , ensuring a balanced and diversified portfolio for clients.
- Provide 360-degree coverage of client needs across their personal and business banking / financial requirements.
- Undertake a robust Relationship Management profile , involving actively acquiring new HNI customer relationships, growing existing ones, and deepening client engagement.
- Focus intently on the analysis and satisfaction of HNI Customers' financial, banking, investment, and business needs and objectives.
- Deliver professional customer service to achieve a high percentage of customer wallet share and satisfaction, ultimately leading to strong client retention and growth.
- Manage the client portfolio strategically to de-risk against attrition and ensure the stability of the book.
- Manage key performance indicators at the highest level, consistently striving for excellence.
- Manage customer transitions with utmost sensitivity , ensuring a smooth and supportive experience.
- Ensure ongoing compliance with all relevant policies and procedures.
- Report any suspicious transactions immediately to the supervising officer.
Experience & Skills
5 to 8 years of job experience working with a Bank or NBFC as a Relationship Manager (e.g., in Pioneer, Burgundy, Priority, Insignia, Wealth Management, or Private Banker roles).In-depth knowledge of diverse financial products , including Mutual Funds (MF), Portfolio Management Services (PMS), Alternative Investment Funds (AIF), Structured Products, Banking & NRI Products, Business Banking, Personal Banking, and Investments.Proven experience in field sales and direct client interaction .Great communication skills , coupled with proficiency in the local language, are essential for effective client engagement.Skills Required
