📍 Remote | Part-Time / Freelance (Core Team)

We’re looking for a senior MERN Stack Developer who’s not just a developer but a builder and thinker — someone ready to lead technology development from 0→1 , help shape the architecture, and grow into a Tech founding team role over time.

This is an milestone-based compensated role during Phase 1, transitioning into a core founding position for the right person.

Your Role

You’ll own the entire technical build of this ecosystem — from backend architecture to front-end execution — collaborating directly with the founder to bring the product vision to life.

Key Responsibilities

  • Architect, develop, test, and deploy a complete e-commerce + rewards ecosystem (Backend, Admin, and Website) using the MERN Stack .
  • Build and integrate wallets, reward engines, and affiliate systems with scalable APIs.
  • Integrate coupon and cashback ecosystems (e.g., GrabOn, CashKaro, etc.) using postback / S2S mechanisms.
  • Develop vendor, user, and performance dashboards with analytics insights.
  • Ensure system security, scalability, and modularity from Day 1.
  • Collaborate closely with the founder for fast prototyping, iterative launches, and testing .
  • Manage API integrations (payments, wallets, partners) and cloud deployment.
  • Maintain clean, well-documented, and extensible codebases.

    • Required Skills & Experience

    ✅ MERN Stack Expertise : 5+ years of solid experience in MongoDB, Express, React, and Node.js.

    ✅ E-commerce Architecture : Proven track record in building end-to-end commerce or marketplace systems.

    ✅ Reward / Affiliate Systems : Understanding of affiliate, coupon, cashback, or postback integrations.

    ✅ Cloud & DevOps : Proficiency in AWS / GCP, containerization, and CI / CD pipeline management.

    ✅ Security & Data Handling : Role-based access, encryption, and secure authentication workflows.

    ✅ Scalability & Performance : Experience designing modular, high-availability systems.

    ✅ Mobile-first Thinking : Familiarity with React Native or Flutter integration.

    ✅ Ownership Mindset : Ability to work independently and think beyond the code — into product, growth, and impact.

    Must have Skills

  • Experience with gamification , wallet logic , or multi-level incentive systems .
  • Background in microservices , serverless functions , or distributed systems .
  • Understanding of reward tracking , affiliate postbacks , and analytics integrations .
  • Startup experience or direct collaboration with founders .
