Job Summary :

We are seeking a visionary, experienced, and technically adept Creative Producer with a strong background in entertainment video content creation and a passion for harnessing AI-powered tools . This role blends traditional storytelling and production expertise with cutting-edge AI technologies to develop high-quality films, web series, branded content, and innovative digital campaigns for OTT and digital platforms.

Key Responsibilities :

• Lead end-to-end development and production of original films, web shows, and digital content across OTT and digital distribution platforms.
• Create high-impact videos and multimedia content using both conventional and AI-assisted tools.
• Identify and develop viable concepts, manage scripts, assemble creative teams (writers, directors, technical crew), and drive projects from ideation through final delivery.
• Collaborate with internal creative teams, writers, designers, and strategists to ensure content aligns with brand and platform goals.
• Leverage AI tools (e.G., midjourney, RunwayML, ChatGPT, Sora by OpenAI, DALL
• E, Descript, Adobe Firefly, Unreal Engine etc. to name a few) to enhance production workflows, storytelling, and visual execution.
• Manage timelines, budgets, and creative briefs while maintaining high-quality standards.
• Build and manage a hybrid team of in-house creatives and freelance professionals.
• Conduct quality control and ensure brand consistency across all content—AI-generated or human-created.
• Present pitch decks and development bibles for content ideation and project approval.
• Stay current with trends in AI, digital content, and the entertainment landscape.
