This role sits at the intersection of  product vision, community intelligence, and automation.

The Role You’ll define how AI enhances Flexi’s platform — from personalized leader matching to content insights and operational automation.

You won’t be coding models; you’ll be shaping how AI gets applied to make our ecosystem smarter, faster, and more human.

Key Responsibilities 1. Product Strategy & Vision Identify high-impact use cases for AI within the Flexi ecosystem — leader insights, event curation, data intelligence, content recommendations.

Translate business goals (engagement, revenue, experience) into actionable AI and automation initiatives.

Build the AI roadmap that aligns with our “10 P Playbook” — People, Platform, Productivity, and Positioning.

2. Program Execution Partner with internal design, content, and ops teams to deploy AI-enabled tools that enhance productivity.

Manage pilots for automation in outreach, leader mapping, and post-event analytics.

Oversee vendor or tool integrations (CRM AI, LLM tools, analytics dashboards).

3. Data & Insights Activation Collaborate with data teams to define what intelligence matters — engagement scores, leader interest patterns, sponsor ROI dashboards.

Convert event data into decision frameworks for future curation and sponsorships.

4. User & Experience Focus Build AI workflows that feel human — not robotic.

Ensure every automation still reflects Flexi’s premium tone, accuracy, and personalization.

Track metrics : time saved, engagement improved, satisfaction achieved.

5. Governance & Ethics Define data-use boundaries and responsible AI guidelines for community interactions.

Ensure transparency and privacy in how leader and sponsor data are processed.

What You Bring 6–10 years in product or program leadership, preferably in event-tech, SaaS, or B2B platforms.

Strong understanding of AI / automation tools (Zapier, ChatGPT, Notion AI, CRM AI assistants, analytics automation).

Comfort working with cross-functional teams — design, content, ops, partnerships.

Sharp analytical mindset and ability to translate qualitative insight into scalable processes.

Experience managing technology vendors or AI tool pilots.

Nice to Have Exposure to CRM and automation ecosystems (HubSpot, Salesforce AI, Make.com).

Understanding of leader-community platforms, marketing automation, or recommendation systems.

Prior work in startup or innovation-led environments.
