Job descriptionBachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Information Technology, or a related field. 4–6 years of relevant experience as a Business Analyst. Strong analytical and problem-solving capabilities. Excellent written and verbal communication skills. Experience with tools like MS Excel, JIRA, Power BI, or similar. Proven ability to manage multiple tasks and deadlines efficiently. Experience in the retail domain (e.g., merchandising, POS, inventory management, or supply chain). Shift Timing : 2 : 00 PM – 11 : 00 PM (IST) Mode of Work : Onsite ( No Remote Option ) Office Location : Manikonda, Hyderabad

Key Responsibilities :
- Work with business stakeholders to gather, analyze, and document functional and technical requirements.
- Translate business needs into clear specifications for the technical team.
- Conduct data analysis and provide actionable insights to support business objectives.
- Coordinate with cross-functional teams including development, QA, and operations.
- Identify gaps and opportunities for process improvements.
- Prepare and maintain detailed reports, process flows, and documentation.
- Facilitate user acceptance testing (UAT) and ensure alignment with business requirements.
- Communicate effectively with internal and external stakeholders.
