About the BI is strengthening its US & Europe market presence from India and were looking for a motivated Business Development Manager with strong skills in market research, lead generation, and enterprise IT services sales.
This role will focus heavily on building a strong pipeline through research and outreach while also supporting deal closures and account growth.
Key Conduct in-depth market research to identify target accounts across the US & Europe in Pharma, MedTech, Healthcare, and Bio sectors.
- Build high-quality prospect lists and ICP accounts using tools like LinkedIn Sales Navigator, Apollo, ZoomInfo, etc.
- Drive lead generation campaigns through email, LinkedIn, cold outreach, and industry events.
- Qualify leads and convert them into strong sales opportunities.
- Support full-cycle sales: discovery calls, solution mapping, follow-ups, and coordination with pre-sales teams.
- Build pipeline for Data Engineering, Cloud, Gen AI, Digital & ADMS services.
- Engage with mid to senior-level stakeholders and support CXO interactions.
- Maintain CRM with accurate funnel, pipeline, and activity tracking.
- Work closely with marketing and sales leadership on GTM campaigns.
