Job Purpose
As a Technical Project Lead, you will be responsible for delivering innovative, high-quality engineering solutions that drive customer satisfaction, loyalty, and exceptional consumer experience. You will play a pivotal role in ensuring quality execution across the delivery lifecycle of products and solutions, while fostering a culture of innovation and excellence within the team.
Who You Are
- You bring 8–12+ years of experience in technical project delivery and leadership.
- You have a solution-oriented mindset with a strong understanding of Lean product development principles.
- You thrive in the fast-paced, highly productive environment of agile teams.
- You possess a strong UX sensibility and care deeply about product experience.
- You have 3+ years of experience in planning, prioritizing, and delivering on product roadmaps.
- Development Background & Good Communication skill
- You’re passionate about metrics, productivity, and efficiencies that continuously improve product delivery.
- You are adept at stakeholder management, working seamlessly with passionate and demanding partners.
- You’re ambitious and eager to grow with a company that’s on a rapid growth trajectory.
