Key Responsibilities
- Architect and deliver scalable, high-performance Salesforce solutions aligned with business objectives.
- Lead end-to-end architectural discussions and ensure adherence to Salesforce best practices across Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, and B2B Commerce / Community Cloud .
- Collaborate with stakeholders to gather requirements and translate them into robust technical designs.
- Oversee integrations with external systems, maintaining data integrity and consistency.
- Provide technical leadership to development teams, including code reviews and solution governance.
