Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role based in Mumbai for a Personal Relationship Officer. In this role, you will manage and strengthen relationships with key clients, handle inquiries, and ensure a positive customer experience. Day-to-day responsibilities include establishing trust with clients, addressing their concerns, managing financial aspects of client accounts, resolving issues, and supporting sales operations. You will collaborate with internal teams to meet and exceed client expectations while achieving business goals.
