We're Hiring : Site Reliability Engineer (5–10 Years Experience)

Are you passionate about building resilient, scalable, and secure infrastructure? Gigsky is looking for a seasoned Site Reliability Engineer to join our Bangalore team and help drive operational excellence across our global platform.

What You’ll Do

Design, build, and maintain secure, scalable AWS infrastructure.
Automate provisioning, deployment, and monitoring using Terraform or CloudFormation.
Set up and optimize CI / CD pipelines for fast, reliable releases.
Implement robust observability solutions using Prometheus, Grafana, OpenSearch, and more.
Troubleshoot and fine-tune Linux-based environments for high availability and performance.
Manage on-premises infrastructure using KVM virtualization technologies.
Enforce cloud security best practices across IAM, VPC, and network configurations.
Resolve production issues and proactively improve system reliability.
Collaborate with engineering teams to strengthen DevOps culture and streamline operations.

What You Bring

5–10 years of experience in DevOps, SRE, or Cloud Engineering.

Deep expertise in Linux system internals, networking, and performance optimization.

Strong command of AWS services : VPC, EC2, S3, RDS, Lambda, ECS / EKS, IAM, Route 53, CloudFront, and more.

Hands-on experience with CI / CD tools like Jenkins or GitHub Actions.

Proven ability to deploy and manage containerized applications on Kubernetes.

Experience with observability stacks : Prometheus, Grafana, CloudWatch, ELK, PagerDuty.

Proficiency in Infrastructure as Code (Terraform preferred).

Solid scripting skills in Python and Bash.

Strong grasp of cloud-native security principles.

Analytical mindset with a focus on automation, scalability, and reliability.
