The Opportunity :

We are seeking a Lead or Senior Project Engineer – Mechanical Pumping Station with 10–18 years of experience to join our team in Bengaluru . In this role, you will lead the design and coordination of pumping stations and water infrastructure projects , primarily for the UAE and GCC markets. This is an opportunity to work on high-impact projects in a global engineering environment.

Key Responsibilities :

✅ Lead mechanical design and project execution for pumping stations (water, wastewater, firefighting, irrigation)

✅ Manage mechanical systems for treatment plants, chilled water networks , and central utility facilities

✅ Prepare and manage project plans including scheduling, budgeting , and risk management

✅ Perform and review hydraulic modeling , surge analysis, and system sizing

✅ Ensure all designs comply with UAE codes and regulations (Dubai Municipality, ADIBC, ESMA, etc.)

✅ Review and approve detailed design drawings, tender documents, and technical specs

✅ Coordinate with global multidisciplinary teams and resolve technical challenges effectively

✅ Mentor junior engineers and drive high-quality project delivery

What We’re Looking For :

Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering

️ 10–18 years of experience in mechanical design and project leadership

Prior experience working on UAE / GCC water infrastructure projects is highly desirable

Strong knowledge of UAE standards (DM, ADIBC, ESMA)

Proficient in hydraulic modeling tools and mechanical design software

Excellent communication, coordination, and leadership skills

Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, collaborative, and international project environment
