Job Summary :
We are looking for dynamic professionals with excellent communication skills and prior experience in handling international clients for our International Voice Process . The role involves providing exceptional customer support and ensuring high-quality service delivery.
Key Responsibilities :
- Handle inbound and outbound calls for international customers.
- Resolve customer queries and provide accurate information in a timely manner.
- Maintain professionalism and empathy while interacting with clients.
- Document interactions and update systems as per process guidelines.
- Meet performance metrics including quality, productivity, and customer satisfaction.
Required Skills & Qualifications :
Experience : 1–4 years in international voice process or customer support.Communication : Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English.Ability to handle international clients and adapt to different cultural contexts.Strong problem-solving and customer service orientation.Basic computer proficiency and ability to work with CRM tools.Additional Requirements :
Shift : Comfortable with night shifts and rotational shifts.Education : Graduate in any discipline (preferably).Work Environment : Ability to work in a fast-paced, target-driven environment.
