Customer Support Executive – International Voice Process

Experience : 1–4 years

Job Summary :

We are looking for dynamic professionals with excellent communication skills and prior experience in handling international clients for our International Voice Process . The role involves providing exceptional customer support and ensuring high-quality service delivery.

Key Responsibilities :

  • Handle inbound and outbound calls for international customers.
  • Resolve customer queries and provide accurate information in a timely manner.
  • Maintain professionalism and empathy while interacting with clients.
  • Document interactions and update systems as per process guidelines.
  • Meet performance metrics including quality, productivity, and customer satisfaction.

Required Skills & Qualifications :

  • Experience : 1–4 years in international voice process or customer support.
  • Communication : Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English.
  • Ability to handle international clients and adapt to different cultural contexts.
  • Strong problem-solving and customer service orientation.
  • Basic computer proficiency and ability to work with CRM tools.
  • Additional Requirements :

  • Shift : Comfortable with night shifts and rotational shifts.
  • Education : Graduate in any discipline (preferably).
  • Work Environment : Ability to work in a fast-paced, target-driven environment.
