Role Overview

We are seeking a Affiliate Manager to join our growing team. This is a full-time remote position where you will be responsible for onboarding, managing, and scaling affiliate and publisher partnerships .

Your role will be critical in expanding our partner ecosystem, optimizing affiliate performance, and ensuring long-term, mutually beneficial relationships. You’ll serve as the bridge between Xamp Media and our affiliate partners, driving growth through collaboration, performance insights, and proactive management.

Key Responsibilities

• Identify, onboard, and nurture new affiliates and publishers into Xamp’s partner network.
• Manage day-to-day affiliate communications, support, and relationship building .
• Monitor affiliate performance, analyze data, and optimize campaigns for ROI and scale.
• Ensure affiliates comply with company policies, campaign guidelines, and quality standards .
• Negotiate deals, payouts, and incentives to build profitable, long-term partnerships .
• Collaborate with internal teams (sales, product, marketing) to align affiliate growth with client objectives.
• Proactively address issues such as traffic quality, compliance, and performance dips.
• Stay updated on industry trends, tools, and competitor activities in the affiliate marketing ecosystem .
