About the Role :
We are seeking an experienced Trucking Logistics Dispatcher to join our growing logistics and transportation team in California. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in dispatch operations, driver coordination, and maintaining smooth logistics workflows with accuracy and professionalism.
Experience Required : Minimum 5 Years
Language : Fluent English (mandatory)
Key Responsibilities :
- Manage daily dispatch operations for trucks and drivers.
- Track shipments, monitor delivery schedules, and resolve any on-road issues.
- Communicate effectively with drivers, customers, and insurance representatives .
- Ensure smooth operations with accurate documentation and record-keeping .
- Coordinate pickups, deliveries, and load assignments efficiently.
- Handle dispatch software and tracking tools confidently.
- Maintain compliance with all transportation regulations and company policies.
