Roles and Responsibility:

Job Profile: Non IT Recruiter

Key Responsibilities

• Manage end-to-end recruitment for manufacturing clients across functions such as production, maintenance, quality, operations, and supply chain.
• Partner with client HR and business teams to understand hiring needs, role specifications, and organizational culture.
• Source, assess, and shortlist candidates through portals, networking, and headhunting to ensure strong technical and cultural fit.
• Coordinate interviews, feedback, offer negotiations, and candidate onboarding support in alignment with client processes.
• Maintain accurate recruitment MIS, ensure adherence to TAT, and contribute to business growth through quality closures and client satisfaction.

Experience: 2-8 years in recruitment, preferably handling manufacturing or industrial mandates in a consulting setup.

Qualification: Graduate / Postgraduate, preferably with specialization in HR or related field.

Key Skills: Strong sourcing and assessment ability, client interfacing skills, and understanding of plant-level hiring.
