Role : Intermediate Developer

Experience : 7+ years

Duration : 6 months (Extendable)

Description :

Intermediate Developer (Accessibility & Frontend Focus)

Primary Responsibilities :

Focus on frontend accessibility compliance and WCAG / ARIA remediation.
Collaborate with design and QA teams to ensure inclusive user experiences.
Implement UI enhancements and accessibility testing standards.

Core Competencies :

Understanding of Meteor’s frontend layer and component-based architecture.

Familiarity with WCAG 2.1 and ARIA standards.

Strong attention to detail and quality-focused execution.

Effective collaboration within agile teams.

Additional Notes

For the ongoing Meteor / Mongo upgrades, deep domain expertise is not mandatory. Developers with strong technical depth, adaptability, and quick ramp-up capability can contribute effectively from the start. This environment rewards proactive ownership, innovation, and reliable delivery.
