Interior Execution Specialist

The Interior Execution Specialist will oversee the on-site execution of interior projects from planning through handover, ensuring timely and quality delivery that meets design specifications and client expectations.

Key Responsibilities

Supervise and coordinate daily site operations for interior fit-outs and renovations

Liaise with clients, designers, vendors, and contractors to ensure smooth project execution

Review and interpret design drawings, providing technical input and quality checks.

Ensure compliance with safety, quality, and regulatory standards throughout the project lifecycle

Monitor project timelines, track progress, and address on-site challenges as they arise.

Prepare site progress reports and assist in procurement and material management

Provide proactive problem-solving to overcome project execution hurdles

Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree or diploma in Interior Design, Architecture, or related field.

1–4 years’ experience in interior project / site execution (residential, commercial, or hospitality projects preferred)

Strong knowledge of interior finishes, installation standards, and construction processes

Working proficiency in AutoCAD, MS Office, and project management tools

Excellent communication, organizational, and team coordination skills
