Agile Certified Trainer (Scrum / SDLC / Azure DevOps)

About the Role

We’re looking for an experienced Agile Trainer who can turn theory into practice. Someone who not only understands Agile and Scrum but knows how to bring them to life in real project environments.

You’ll design and lead training sessions that help teams connect Agile principles with real-world execution especially within enterprise-scale software or energy / utility projects. Expect to guide participants through everything from sprint execution and backlog management to using Azure DevOps effectively for delivery.

What You’ll Do

• Deliver interactive Agile and Scrum sessions tailored for corporate and tech teams.
• Teach full-cycle Agile processes—planning, backlog refinement, stand-ups, reviews, and retrospectives.
• Explain how SDLC has evolved (Waterfall → Agile → DevOps) using practical project examples.
• Provide hands-on guidance in Azure DevOps : backlog setup, sprint boards, CI / CD pipelines, and release management.
• Run live sprint simulations, user story workshops, and velocity tracking exercises.
• Conduct case studies and practical labs—preferably tied to software or utility-sector projects.
• Evaluate participants through assignments and retrospectives, and refine content based on feedback.

Experience : 8+ years total, including 3+ years as an Agile Coach or Certified Trainer
