POSITION: Cost Manager Civil and Interior

Position Purpose
We are seeking an experienced Cost Manager with 8+ years of proven experience in hospitality projects to manage end-to-end project cost control, budgeting, and financial governance. The role requires strong expertise in hotel construction, interior fit-outs, and refurbishment projects, ensuring cost efficiency without compromising quality or brand standards.

Duties & Responsibilities:
Prepare detailed cost plans, budgets, and estimates for hospitality projects from concept to completion
Develop and review BOQs, tender documents, and contracts for civil and interior works
Lead tendering, bid analysis, negotiations, and finalization of contractors and vendors
Monitor project costs, cash flow, and variations, ensuring adherence to approved budgets
Implement value engineering initiatives to optimize cost while maintaining design and quality standards
Evaluate change orders, claims, and variations, and provide cost impact assessments
Coordinate with design consultants, architects, interior designers, project managers, and site teams
Track procurement schedules, material costs, and vendor performance
Prepare monthly cost reports, forecasts, and final accounts
Ensure compliance with company policies, contracts, and statutory requirements
Support management with financial risk assessment and mitigation strategies
