Product Developement Engineer

To execute Product development work packages and Customer sub-projects for Conventional Diesel fuel injection ensure the work packages are completed meeting Time Quality & cost targets.

Product Engineering :- Execute development projects & series support and ensure engineering quality as per BESPE standards and release the with necessary verification to ensure customer satisfaction.

Project Management : Organize and Execute customer sub-projects and ensure high quality project delivery and customer satisfaction. Participate in meetings with customers for technical alignments

Quality And Risk Management :-Provide technical inputs participate and contribute to resolving technical issues ensuring product quality Notify possible Risks Provide Information & Data on Development metrics report areas for improvement

Knowledge Management:- Maintain up-to-date knowledge of trends and best practices related to Project management sustainable product/system development and engineering

Innovation Management :- Participate in Product innovation and continuous Process improvement Implement innovative/creative concepts in development projects as Invention reports

Qualifications :

Bachelors degree in engineering (Mechanical related field)

1-4 years experience in Product Development Design Product Functional Analysis & Investigation * Exposure to Project management work packages

• Good Knowledge in Product development process Engineering Drawings Design Standards and BES process
• Knowledge on standards/norms Geometrical Dimension & Tolerating Design material reliability
• Knowledge of IC engines and connected systems Manufacturing quality and procurement process of auto components
• Good knowledge of measurement systems testing and calibration equipment and measurement procedure
• Knowledge on Data analytics and Machine learning concepts
• Ability to think out of the box
