HR Operations
Ensuring accurate and up-to-date employee records and databases.
- Handle data entry and ensure the integrity of information in the HRIS (Human Resources Information System), Success Factors.
- Coordinating with HRIS support and Tech team for data changes / bulk upload requirements.
- Support the employee onboarding process, including new hire paperwork, orientation, training logistics and issue of appointment letter.
- Assist in coordinating employee offboarding procedures, ensuring exit paperwork is completed and equipment is collected.
- Respond to employee inquiries related to HR policies, benefits, and general HR matters.
- Help administer HR programs, such as employee recognition initiatives and wellness programs.
- Tracking manpower movement for various HR metrics – headcount reporting, attrition analysis, diversity ratio, cost of replacement, etc.
- Monitor manpower headcount budget.
- Supporting with generation of employee letters as required (experience letter, certificates, transfer letters, year-end appraisal letters, variable pay letters, etc.).
- Tracking probation completion and issuing letters as applicable.
- Coordinating with IT for enhancements in claim modules or system issues.
- Raising SNOW tickets and coordinating for the issue s / errors / inconsistency observed with HRIS workflow.
- Support HR team with data as required for various projects, including recruitment, performance management, and employee engagement activities.
- Maintain confidentiality and adhere to HR policies and procedures.
Minimum qualifications :
At least 5 years of work experience in HRISThorough understanding of Success Factors systemExperience in HR reporting and analytics (Dashboards)Skills Required
