Requirements

Plan & Execute Campaigns :  Assist in crafting creative social media campaigns across  Instagram, LinkedIn, X / Twitter, YouTube, and emerging platforms .

Content Creation :  Help design  graphics, reels, short videos, posts, and copywriting  aligned with Acowale’s brand identity.

Trend Analysis :  Monitor competitors, industry trends, and audience behavior to  bring innovative content ideas  to the team.

Community Engagement :  Interact with followers, respond to comments / messages, and  spark authentic conversations .

Marketing Support :  Assist in  email marketing, newsletter campaigns, content scheduling , and reporting performance metrics.

Analytics & Optimization :  Track post performance, analyze insights, and suggest ways to  improve reach, engagement, and conversions .

Learning & Collaboration :  Work closely with the  Marketing Lead, Social Media Manager, and Product teams to understand campaign strategy and branding.

What You Bring

Passion for  marketing, social media, and storytelling .

Familiarity with  social media platforms, content trends, and analytics tools .

Basic skills in  graphic or video design / editing tools  (Canva, Figma, CapCut, Premiere Pro, etc.).

Creativity, curiosity, and willingness to  experiment and learn .

Strong communication, organizational skills, and a  team-player mindset .
