Sports Coach

Roles & Responsibilities of a Coach – Sports Specific :

1. Sports Specific for overall program implementation.

2. Lead training sessions at HCLFoundation supported sports development centers & ensuring regular participation of program participants.

3. Talent Scouting & Creating Excellence Team in respective locations.

4. Effectively working on creating Monthly / Quarterly / Yearly reports on Talent Development Program of “Sports for Change Special Initiative”.

5. Conducting summer & winter Camp for respective locations

6. Closely Working on Standard Skill and Fitness Assessments.

7. Handle logistics like participant travel, accommodation, Food, etc. duringthe sports events.

8. The role would require extensive travel across India.

9. Effective engagement of HCL employees at “Sports for Change” competition through creative and engaging strategies (employee volunteering).

Opening in various sports : Kabaddi, Volleyball, Kho Kho, Girl Cricket.

Location : Bengaluru

Experience and qualification :

1. 2-4 years of experience working with sports associations, agencies, NGO’s, Sports Foundations working in organizing Sports events, especially for children. Candidate having prior experience is mandatory.

2. Professional License Course (Preferably NIS / International Level Player / National Level Player)

3. Minimum qualification required (Mped / Bped).

4. Associated with District & State Level associations / federation.
