Job Description :

We are seeking an experienced Senior AEM Developer with a minimum of 10 years of robust development experience to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will have extensive experience in designing, developing, and deploying web applications using Adobe Experience Manager (AEM). This role will involve collaborating with stakeholders to implement innovative digital solutions for our client, ensuring high performance and scalability in a remote work environment.

Responsibilities :

Design and Development : Develop and maintain highly scalable, secure, and robust AEM applications and websites.

Customization and Integration : Customize AEM components, templates, and workflows, integrating with third-party tools and APIs.

AEM Best Practices : Ensure best practices in AEM architecture, coding, and development standards.

Collaboration : Work closely with front-end developers, UX designers, and other stakeholders to translate business requirements into technical solutions.

Performance Optimization : Continuously improve website and application performance and scalability.

Problem Solving : Troubleshoot and resolve complex issues related to AEM applications, providing technical support and guidance to the team.

Mentorship : Provide technical leadership and mentorship to junior developers and foster a culture of continuous learning.

Required Skills and Qualifications :

10+ years of experience in web development, with a strong focus on AEM (Adobe Experience Manager).

Proven expertise in AEM 6.5+, including hands-on experience with AEM Sites, AEM Assets, and AEM Forms.

Proficiency in Java, J2EE, Sling, OSGi, JCR, and other AEM-related technologies.

Strong experience in HTML5, CSS3, JavaScript, and front-end frameworks like React or Angular.

Solid understanding of RESTful APIs, and experience integrating AEM with external systems and third-party APIs.

Experience with CI / CD pipelines, version control (Git), and DevOps practices.

Familiarity with cloud environments like Adobe Cloud Manager, AWS, or Azure.

Strong understanding of SEO best practices and AEM performance optimization techniques.

Excellent communication skills and the ability to work in a fully remote setting.

Preferred Qualifications :

Adobe Certified Expert (ACE) in AEM Developer or Architect certifications.

Experience with headless CMS implementations and AEM-as-a-Cloud service.

Prior experience in leading development teams and managing large-scale AEM implementations.
