As a Product Specialist, you'll be the driving force behind cross-functional collaboration, supporting the Product Management team to deliver innovative solutions and exceed customer expectations.
You'll work globally with sales, engineering, quality, and manufacturing to ensure projects are executed smoothly, customer requirements & product quality are met, and our product strategy continues to evolve.
Our Team
Globally connected Product Management team under DSS CSBU I/O division that works closely with engineering, sales, operations, and manufacturing. The team emphasizes collaboration, data‑driven decision‑making, and delivering meaningful value to customers across the high‑speed datacom and connectivity markets.
What You Will Do
- Shape and strengthen product strategy by gathering market intelligence and identifying opportunities to enhance product positioning.
- Support cross‑functional alignment, ensuring product objectives, development milestones, and business plans are met.
- Engage with customers and commercial teams to understand requirements and translate them into product actions.
- Monitor capacity, demand, and pipeline growth to support strategic investments and long‑term planning.
- Contribute to product launches, marketing collateral, and go‑to‑market strategies that drive technology adoption.
- Represent Product Management in internal discussions and build strong relationships across global teams.
Who You Are (Basic Qualifications)
- Bachelor's degree
- Minimum 3-5 years in the electrical or mechanical components
- Experienced as a Product Specialist and in sales, with a background in production planning, high-speed solutions, cages/connectors, and cable assemblies.
- Strong organizational, communication, and teamwork skills
- Proactive, self-motivated, and comfortable making decisions independently
- Effective PC skills and ability to work globally with diverse team
What Will Put You Ahead
- Technical background in electrical, mechanical, or manufacturing disciplines
- Experience working with contract manufacturers or electronics market OEMs
- SAP experience
- Strong proficiency in Excel or other data analytics tools.
- Sales or customer‑facing experience
