Job Description –
Lead the design, configuration, and implementation of the SuccessFactors Compensation module. Manage full-cycle deployments including requirements gathering, blueprinting, provisioning, configuration, testing, deployment, and post-go-live support. Ensures effective compensation planning and administration aligned with organizational goals, seamless integration with Employee Central (EC), SAP HCM, and third-party systems, while optimizing compliance, process efficiency, and user experience.
Key Responsibilities :
Lead end-to-end implementations of SuccessFactors Compensation : conduct blueprinting, configure compensation templates, eligibility rules, pay components, and workflows, perform testing, and provide go-live support.
Conduct discovery workshops to gather business requirements and design future-state compensation processes aligned with company policies and market practices.
Configure compensation plans including merit, bonus, stock options, and variable pay components, ensuring accurate eligibility, budget management, and approval workflows.
Setup provisioning, role-based permissions, and enablements such as Business Process Engine (BPE) for automated compensation cycles.
Design and maintain integrations with SuccessFactors EC, SAP HCM, and third-party payroll or finance systems using Integration Center, APIs, SAP PO, or middleware tools.
Manage data migration activities including compensation data uploads, adjustments, and historical data management.
Support unit testing, integration testing, user acceptance testing (UAT), and deliver end-user training and detailed SOP documentation.
Develop and maintain compensation-related reports and dashboards using People Analytics and Query Designer to provide insights on compensation trends and compliance.
Provide post-go-live support including troubleshooting, system enhancements, and stabilization efforts.
Mentor junior consultants and contribute to pre-sales activities, including solution demos and client presentations.
Required Skills & Qualifications :
6-8 years’ relevant experience in SuccessFactors Compensation module implementation and support.
SAP Certified in SuccessFactors Compensation (Certification mandatory).
Proven track record of at least 2 full-cycle implementations or migrations involving SuccessFactors Compensation.
Strong functional expertise in configuring compensation plans, eligibility rules, pay components, workflows, and budget management.
Integration expertise with SuccessFactors Integration Center, APIs, SAP HCM / ECC connectors, SAP PO, or other middleware.
Skilled in data migration techniques and tools specific to compensation data.
Proficient in People Analytics and Query Designer for building compensation reports (good to have)
