Location :  Goa HQ (frequent travel to Mumbai & Bengaluru)

Seniority :  Senior Manager / GM / Head of Sales

Compensation :  ₹200,000 / month CTC + performance bonus (up to ₹12,00,000 annually)

Pet 24-7 Global Ltd (UK) is launching  Vet 24-7 India , an AI-powered subscription platform created to transform veterinary care across the country.

Our flagship products :

🔹  VetAssist  – AI triage + unlimited video consults + digital health records for pet owners

🔹  VetAssist Pro  – decision support, secure messaging, international vet network + accredited CPD for vets

With strong clinical credibility through  WVS & Mission Rabies India , we’re uniquely positioned to elevate both veterinary practice and pet healthcare across India.

We’re now hiring our  founding Launch Lead (India)  — the person who will take us from zero → national traction.

🔥 The Role : Launch Lead (India)

You will own the  India Go-To-Market , open the first four cities, build and lead a sales / partner team, grow clinic partnerships, and drive paid subscriber growth.

If you’re the kind of operator who thrives on turning white space into scale, this is your moment.

You will :

  • Lead India’s full  GTM strategy  (pricing, positioning, messaging).
  • Launch new cities :   Goa → Mumbai → Bengaluru → Jaipur .
  • Build & manage a high-performance sales + partner-success team.
  • Sign veterinary clinics and hospital groups into our subscription model.
  • Drive paid subscriber growth via clinic channels & digital partners.
  • Ensure strong early user adoption & ongoing retention.
  • Own dashboards, KPIs, budgets, forecasts; report to global CEO.

  • Subscriber growth :  Month-on-month paid subscriber increases
  • Clinic partnerships :  Signed, activated, revenue-generating
  • Quality metrics :  D30 retention ≥ 70%, churn

    • 💼 What You Need to Bring

  • 6–10+ years in  SaaS, healthtech, med-devices, veterinary, or B2B2C markets
  • Experience launching new markets / cities in India (non-negotiable)
  • A track record of growing revenue and building sales teams
  • Strong clinic / hospital or healthcare ecosystem networks
  • CRM discipline, KPI-driven mindset
  • English + at least one of Hindi / Marathi / Konkani / Kannada
  • A love of high-energy, high-ownership start-up environments
