Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role based in Rajkot for an HR (Human Resource) cum Business Development Executive (BDE). The HR cum BDE will be responsible for managing HR activities, including HR management, HR policies, employee benefits, and personnel management. They will also engage in business development activities, identifying and onboarding new clients to foster business growth and maintaining strong client relationships.

Qualifications

• Human Resources (HR), HR Management, and HR Policies skills
• Experience with Employee Benefits and Personnel Management
• Must be located (or need to relocate) in Rajkot, Gujarat
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work independently and in a team
• Business development and client relationship management experience is a plus
• Bachelor's degree (any)
