Role - Area Head NRI

Location – Pan India

Department – Branch Banking

We are looking for seasoned candidates to join our branch banking team. The role would focus on market leadership in a particular region and drive the business growth agenda. A region could have between 15 – 25 branches.

JOB ROLE

• Drive NRI NTB acquisition through multiple channels & team in the Zone – Branches, Dedicated NRI FOS (RM & ROM)
• Manage team of NRI RM & RO in the Zone
• Recruit / Retain NRI RM & RO
• Track NRI FOS resource Productivity, develop KRAs
• Engagement with specific segments – Sea-farer / Corporate Salary / Chartered Accounts / Offshore & Local NRI specific events
• Drive reference to BOC channel for customers who are not in the country
• Work on NRI CASA build up, FX remittance & product penetration from existing customers
• Ensure product & process training / percolation to NRI FOS and Branch teams of Zone.
• Ensure quality of sourcing / FTNR / KYC quality
