Senior Creative Designer

Job Description

• Conceptualize and design creative assets for social media campaigns, brand promotions, advertisements, and marketing collateral.

• Develop print-ready designs such as brochures, flyers, posters, packaging, and event branding materials.

• Create motion graphics, GIFs, and short animations for social media, digital ads, and product explainer videos.

• Collaborate with the marketing and content team to translate campaign briefs into impactful visual communication.

• Maintain brand consistency while exploring new creative directions to enhance visual storytelling.

• Stay updated with design trends, animation tools, and creative best practices.

• Manage multiple projects simultaneously while ensuring timely delivery and high-quality standards.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Graphic Design, Visual Communication, Multimedia, or related field.

• 5+ years of professional experience in creative design (both digital and print).

• Strong portfolio showcasing social media creatives, print design, and motion graphics/animations.

• Proficiency in industry-standard tools:

• Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, After Effects, Premiere Pro)

• Animation/motion tools (After Effects, Blender, or equivalent).

• Strong understanding of typography, color theory, layout design, and branding.

• Experience working in fast-paced agency/startup environments is a plus.

• Ability to think creatively, adapt quickly, and deliver innovative ideas.
