Role Overview
We're looking for a results-driven, strategic Sales Executive to accelerate our revenue growth. You'll own the complete sales cycle from prospecting to closing, responsible for building relationships with key prospects, delivering compelling presentations, and consistently exceeding revenue targets.
Responsibilities
- Execute multi-channel outbound campaigns via email, phone, and to generate and nurture high-value prospects
- Conduct comprehensive sales calls and product demonstrations to showcase our marketing solutions
- Perform strategic cold calling to decision-makers and C-level executives.
- Represent Passionfruit at industry conferences, trade shows, and networking events to generate leads and build brand presence
- Own the full sales cycle from initial contact through contract negotiation and closing
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with key accounts and strategic prospects
- Collaborate with marketing and product teams to refine sales messaging and identify market opportunities
- Maintain accurate sales forecasting and detailed CRM records to track pipeline progression
- Stay current on SEO trends, digital marketing innovations, and competitive landscape to position our solutions effectively
Requirements
3-5 years of proven B2B sales experience with consistent track record of meeting / exceeding quotasExperience selling SEO / GEO, digital marketing, or SaaS solutions to mid-market and enterprise clientsExcellent fluency in written and spoken EnglishStrong presentation and negotiation skills with ability to close complex dealsComfortable with high-volume cold calling and objection handlingExperience attending and working industry conferences and trade showsProficiency with CRM tools like HubSpot, Salesforce, or similar platformsComfortable having a 4-5 hour overlap with the US Eastern time zoneBonus Points
Experience working in a startup or high-growth environmentPrior exposure to GenAI, AI search engines (ChatGPT, Perplexity, etc.), or content-led growth strategiesExisting network within the digital marketing or agency spaceExtra details
