Digital Design Specialist

Job description3-4 years of professional graphic design experience (start-up, agency, or brand environment). Advanced skills in Adobe Creative Suite - Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign. Strong foundation in typography, color theory, composition, and layout design. Proven experience designing social media creatives, ad campaigns, and carousel content. Experience creating marketing materials - brochures, presentations, and branded templates. Familiarity with brand identity design (logos, style guides, iconography). A strong portfolio showcasing campaign work, brand projects, and social content. Motion graphics and video editing (After Effects / Premiere Pro). Collaboration experience with UI / UX teams for cohesive brand alignment. Awareness of visual trends and ability to adapt them with restraint and purpose. Understanding of digital ad formats and platform-specific design nuances. Define and evolve the visual identity of a global real estate brand. See your work reach audiences across Dubai, India, and beyond. Collaborate directly with founders and marketing leadership on creative direction. Build something truly iconic in the PropCommerce space.

What You'll Do
- Create visually striking graphics for marketing campaigns, social media, and partnerships.
- Design marketing collateral - brochures, pitch decks, event assets, and brand templates.
- Develop brand assets, iconography, and visual systems ensuring consistency across all touchpoints.
- Collaborate with the marketing and product teams to maintain a premium, modern aesthetic.
- Experiment with layouts, typography, and storytelling to strengthen brand recall and emotional connect.
