Job description

We are looking for an AI Architect to lead the design and delivery of enterprise-grade AI and Generative AI solutions. You will define architectures, guide teams, and build scalable systems leveraging LLMs, RAG, AI agents, and advanced MLOps practices.

Experience : 12 – 15 Years

Location : Bangalore, Bannerghatta Road

Key Responsibilities

  • Design and own end-to-end AI / GenAI solution architectures for complex business problems.
  • Lead the development and integration of LLMs, RAG pipelines, and AI agentic frameworks.
  • Provide thought leadership on prompt engineering, model fine-tuning, and optimization.
  • Architect data pipelines, vector databases, and APIs for seamless system integration.
  • Drive best practices in MLOps / LLMOps, security, governance, and performance monitoring.
  • Collaborate with product owners, engineering, and business teams to align solutions with objectives.
  • Mentor and grow AI engineers, encouraging innovation and continuous learning.

Required Skills & Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s / Master’s in Computer Science, AI, or related discipline.
  • 12–15 years of IT experience with 5+ years in AI / ML architecture or solution leadership.
  • Hands-on expertise in Python, TensorFlow, PyTorch, and Generative AI platforms (e.g., GPT-4, LLaMA, Claude).
  • Experience with agentic frameworks (LangChain, AutoGen, CrewAI) and Retrieval-Augmented Generation.
  • Knowledge of vector databases, knowledge graphs, and hybrid search architectures.
  • Strong experience in MLOps / LLMOps (MLflow, Azure ML, Docker / Kubernetes, CI / CD).
  • Solid understanding of cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, GCP).
  • Proven ability to manage stakeholders, guide teams, and deliver secure, compliant AI solutions.
