Key Responsibilities :

  • Provide chat and voice support to clients.
  • Resolve customer queries in a timely and professional manner.
  • Ensure customer satisfaction by addressing issues effectively.
  • Maintain service quality standards and meet performance targets.
  • Handle customer complaints and provide solutions.

Candidate Requirements :

  • Education : Graduate Freshers / Any Diploma.
  • Language : Good command of English (both written and spoken).
  • Willingness to work in Night Shift.
  • Week-offs : 2 Rotational Week-Offs.
  • Immediate joining preferred.
  • CAB : Both-way transport provided.
