Senior EHS Management Systems Developer

Job Summary

We are seeking an experienced Senior EHS Management Systems Developer to drive the configuration customization and optimization of our platform. Key responsibilities include configuring and customizing the platform aligning with EHS program requirements, developing and maintaining modules, dashboards, forms, and reports in the system, integrating it with other enterprise systems, HR ERP BI platforms, collaborating with stakeholders and tech teams to translate business needs into technical specs, managing user access permissions and security settings, troubleshooting and resolving system issues, performing data migrations uploads and exports, monitoring system performance, and driving continuous improvements and maintaining technical documentation for configurations and workflows.

Responsibilities

• Develop and implement customized solutions for EHS management systems to meet client needs.
• Analyze and optimize system performance to improve overall efficiency.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop and maintain high-quality software products.
• Migrate data from legacy systems to new EHS management systems.
• Implement data validation checks and ensure data accuracy.
• Develop automated tests to ensure code quality and reliability.
