Product Manager – Offshore Delivery Center (ODC)

Job Summary :

We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Product Manager to join our Workplace Experience technology team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for driving the product vision, strategy, and execution of innovative technology solutions that align with our clients' needs and business objectives for our Offshore Delivery Centers (ODC).

The role is responsible for ODC end-to-end technological experiences, which at a high level includes :

• Create the product vision and strategy and align with key stakeholders.
• Be the voice of the customer to cross-functional product development teams
• Manage the entire product lifecycle from strategic planning to tactical execution.
• Seeks feedback on use of product and features to ensure a human centered approach towards a frictionless environment
• Builds and maintains relationships with facilities stakeholders
• Partner with engineering teams to deliver on the product roadmap.
• Develop and maintain quality assurance processes to deliver high-quality solutions.
• Establish goals and review metrics to measure the success and identify areas of improvement.
• Managing vendors and internal teams that support the product, to ensure optimal service
• Assisting in and planning the portfolio's financials and TCO
