Role Overview

This is not a 9-to-5 role, it's a startup environment where you'll wear multiple hats and take ownership from concept to execution.

Your KRAs include everything under the sun when it comes to bringing the brand to life, from moodboarding campaigns and managing shoots, to editing content and driving creative storytelling across all platforms.

No two days will look the same, and that's exactly how we like it.

Key Responsibilities

Photoshoots & Campaigns

• Plan and manage all lifestyle, campaign, and e-commerce shoots.
• Develop concepts, references, and visual direction for each collection.
• Coordinate with photographers, stylists, models, HMUAs, and production teams.
• Ensure every frame reflects the Color Capital aesthetic — clean, elevated, and intentional.
• Manage shoot budgets, logistics, and timelines.
