Associate/ Sr. Associate- Recruitment (Non-IT Practice)

We are looking for a Assocaite/ Sr. Associate- Recruiter to be a part of our growing team, Non-IT Practice.

Your role will entitle to:

• Client Interaction- Job Understanding, Requirement Gathering
• End to End Recruitment (Sourcing to Onboarding)
• Posting job ads on professional sites, job sites and social media
• Participate in candidate sourcing efforts.
• Communicating with candidates and helping them make informed decision.
• Use recruiting software to keep track of the various stages of recruitment cycle.
• Planning and participating in various recruitment events.
• Enabling a positive candidate experience throughout the hiring process.

Requirements and skills

• Any graduate with 2+ plus year experience in handling Non-IT recruitment (BPO / NBFC/ Manufacturing/ Automotive/ Semiconductor/ FMCG / Banking/ Financial Services) from Recruitment Organization .
• Tech-savvy and Excellent communication skills.
• Ability to juggle multiple priorities.
• Problem-solving aptitude and Critical-thinking skill.
• High result orientation.
