We are expanding our creative team and looking for a 3D Designer with strong skills in modelling, texturing, UV mapping, rigging, and animation to bring characters, props, and environments to life.

Responsibilities

• Create high-quality 3D assets including characters, props, and environments optimized for real-time engines (Unity / Unreal).
• Handle the complete 3D pipeline — from base modeling to texturing, UV unwrapping, rigging, and animation.
• Work closely with concept artists and game developers to ensure assets meet technical and artistic requirements.
• Create realistic and stylized PBR textures using tools like Substance Painter, Photoshop, or Quixel.
• Rig and skin characters for animation with clean deformation and efficient topology.
• Produce animation cycles (idle, walk, run, attack, etc.) with natural timing and weight.
• Collaborate with the design and programming teams to integrate assets seamlessly into the engine.
• Optimize assets for performance and quality balance across multiple platforms.
